먼저, 시민단체 ‘대한민국 헌법수호단’의 대표로 귀하께 이렇게 서신으로나마 인사드림에 영광으로 여깁니다.
대한민국의 안보 문제에 여러 가지로 노심초사(勞心焦思) 염려해 주시는 우방국의 충정에 깊은 고마움을 갖고 있습니다.
자고 나니 일본 국으로부터 독립을 시켜 줬고, 한국전쟁에 밀려 부산 울산 앞바다에 수장(水葬) 당할 백척간두(百尺竿頭)에 놓인 국운을 인천상륙작전으로써, 서울수복으로 일으켜 세워 주신, 인류를 사랑하는 자유의 전사(戰士)님들께 늘 감사한 마음입니다.
이런 과정에서 겪은 한국전쟁, 장진호 전투의 혹한에 처참했던 그 때의 영상은 볼 때마다 너무나 마음이 아픈, 그 전장에 참전하신 어떤 분은 지금까지도 여름에 냉방기를 가동하지 않는다고 들었습니다.
이런 우방 동맹국에 대부분의 국민은 감사하고 있습니다. 그러나, 대한민국 국민의 탈을 쓴 북한의 공산 사회주의 신봉자들에 의해 국운마저 그들의 몹쓸 노략질을 겪고 있습니다.
북한과 중공이 근래 겪고 있는, 그들의 중심이 허물어져 가는 상황에서, 적화의 전선에 나선 공작은 마침내 그 기댈 언덕마저 없어지면서, 마치 구름이 사라지듯, 그들의 운명 또한 그러할 것입니다.
나라의 법치 질서를 위한 헌법수호 활동에 임해 온 저희 헌법수호단의 정법한 법리적 투쟁은, 만인의 대통령으로 행세한 그들이 “수괴통령”으로의 모욕을 당하고도 침묵할 수 밖에 없게 한, 그래서 지금까지 헌법수호 활동에 신체적 무탈을 누리고 있습니다.
그 빈틈 없는 명쾌한 법리는 불법 수괴정권에 붙은 더 이상의 부역질은 정당하지 못함을 알아차린 장·차관 10여 명이 2024년 봄 여름 동안에 윤석열 정권으로부터 사직하고 나갔습니다.
2024년 그 때 정의로운 선택을 하지 못한 채, 망설인 비굴함은 지금 내란의 계엄 부역자로서 실형을 선고받는 등 곤란을 겪고 있습니다.
대한민국을 망국의 늪으로 끄는, 이런 거국적인 법률착오로써, 나라의 모든 공권력은 망국의 이적카르텔, 그 도적인 줄도 모르고 있습니다.
도적들에 의해 해체를 앞둔 검찰청에 힘을 실어주고자, 저희는 문재인이래 지금까지의 수괴정권 무리로부터 당한 불법 무단통치의 피해자로서, 검찰청에 법대로 처리할 것을 종용하는 ‘고소’를 냈습니다.
이런 한편으로, 이적카르텔 세력들의 축재를 벗겨낼, 무단통치 연대채무자들에게 손해배상 청구 소송도 그 승소를 가까이하고 있습니다.
어떤 한 재판은 심리 판사의 정의로움을 꺾고서 감행한, 외압의 선고 판사 판결문은 50일이 지나도록 판결문 발송을 못하고 있습니다.
이미 저희들이 국내 주재 외국 대사관과 트럼프 대통령님께도 드린, 대한민국의 박근혜 대통령 이후의 정권은 부적법한 수괴정권이라는 간단한 법리적 사실을 통지해 드린 바 있습니다.
여하튼 국내외 모두가 수괴통령 그들에게 대통령으로 칭하고 예우해 줌에서, 거짓에 속은 국민들마저 깨어나지 못하고서, 그들을이 대통령으로 알고 있으니, 헌법 수호의 계몽은 미약할 수 밖에 없었습니다.
위 이런 헌법수호를 위한 투쟁의 중간에 있는 나름의 성과적 사실을, 보다 좋은 결과로써 빨리 성취하고자 함에는, 정의와 진실에 불타오르지 못하는, 거짓과 착오에 의한 잘못된 젖은 부분이 덮고 있음입니다.
하여, 헌법 수호를 위한 투쟁에, 어미 닭이 알을 품은 뒤 병아리가 알을 까고 나올 때가 되었을 때 어미도 알을 쪼아 병아리가 쉽게 알에서 나올 수 있도록 하는 외부의 도움이 절실히 필요로 합니다.
국내외 모두가 수괴 그들에게 대통령으로 칭하고 예우해 줌에서, 국민들이 깨치지 못하고 있음이니, 국외의 언론이 ‘정신 나간, 몰법의 대한민국’이라는 주제의 주저 없는 날카로운 보도가 필요합니다.
국내 주재 외신기자들에게 보도 자료를 줘보았지만, 한국인인 외신기자들마저 이적 세력에 장악되어 보도 자료는 무용지물이었던 터라, 그들에게 기대하기 어렵습니다.
이렇게 만국이 현대에 누리는 인권 즉, 자유 민주의 사상이 인류 역사에서 숱한 투쟁의 헌신으로 얻은 고귀한 가치를 이 나라는 팽개치고 있습니다.
대한민국은 자신들의 대통령을 빼앗기고도 빼앗긴 줄을 모르며, 그러고서 도적을 대통령으로 선출해서는 받들어 칭하고 예우합니다.
이런 심각한 중증의 몰법 국가는 환자가 치료를 위하여 치부를 드러내듯, 나라와 국민의 부끄러운 치부를 드러내고서 치료해야만 하는, 알 밖에서 두드려 일깨워 줘야 할 일입니다.
거짓과 착오에 빠져 허우적거리는 대한민국에 가능한 많은 다수의 일깨움이 대한민국을 구하게 될 것이고, 이런 무지에서 깨어나야만 대한민국이 안정을 찾을 것이며, 그럼으로써 우방국으로서 염려하시는 노고를 쉴 수 있을 것으로 확신합니다.
대한민국 국민이 부적법한 수괴정권에 더 이상 속아 이용되어서는 아니 될, 시급히 깨어나게 할 정의와 진실의 소리를 쏟아 주십시오.
우리는 더 이상 속아서는 안되며, 불법 수괴정권의 노략질이 용납되어서도 안됩니다. 도와 주십시오.

First of all, as the representative of the civic group ‘The Constitutional Guardians of the Republic of Korea’ I am honored to greet you in writing in this way.
We are deeply grateful for the sincere concern of our allied countries regarding various security issues facing the Republic of Korea.
One day, we awoke to find that we had been granted independence from Japan, and at the brink of national ruin during the Korean War, when our country faced the danger of sinking into the sea off Busan, we were uplifted by the Incheon Landing Operation and the recapture of Seoul. We are always grateful to the warriors of freedom who love humanity.
The images from that time, experienced through the Korean War and the bitter cold of the Battle of Chosin Reservoir, are always so heart-wrenching to watch. I have heard that one of the veterans who participated in those battlefields still does not use air conditioning in the summer.
Most of the people are grateful to such allied nations. However, even the fate of the nation is suffering from the vile plunder of North Korea’s communist socialist enthusiasts disguised as Korean citizens.
Amid the recent situations that have destabilized the core of North Korea and China, the operations on the front of communist infiltration will eventually lose even the hills they leaned on, and just as clouds vanish, so too will their fate.
The lawful legal struggle of our The Constitutional Guardians of the Republic of Korea, which has been engaged in activities to uphold the constitution for the nation’s rule of law, has rendered those who have acted as ‘presidents of all people’ unable to speak out after being insulted as ‘supreme presidents,’ allowing us to continue our constitutional defense activities to this day without physical harm.
The impeccable and clear legal reasoning made it evident that any further collaboration with the illegal regime was unjust, leading about ten ministers and deputy ministers to resign from the Yoon Suk-yeol administration during the spring and summer of 2024.
Those who, in 2024, failed to make a righteous choice and hesitated out of cowardice are now facing difficulties, such as being sentenced to prison as collaborators with martial law during the current rebellion.
Through such a nationwide legal error that drives South Korea toward national ruin, all governmental authority remains unaware that it is serving a treasonous cartel that endangers the nation.
To empower the prosecution, which is about to be dismantled by thieves, we, as victims of unlawful and dictatorial rule carried out by corrupt regimes from Moon Jae-in onward, have submitted a ‘complaint,’ urging the prosecution to handle the matter according to the law.
On the other hand, lawsuits seeking damages from the joint debtors under arbitrary rule, intended to strip the wealthy gains from the forces of the Lee Jung Cartel, are also approaching a favorable outcome.
In one trial, the judgment influenced by external pressure, which went against the integrity of the presiding judge, has not been sent for 50 days.
We have already informed foreign embassies in Korea and President Trump that the regime in South Korea following President Park Geun-hye is, as a simple legal fact, an illegal criminal regime.
In any case, both domestically and internationally, they are referred to and treated as presidents, and even the citizens who have been deceived by lies have not awakened, recognizing them as presidents. As a result, efforts to raise awareness about upholding the constitution were inevitably weak.
The factual achievements in the midst of this struggle to uphold the constitution, which we hope to accomplish more quickly with better results, are overshadowed by errors and false parts based on lies and mistakes, lacking the fire of justice and truth.
Therefore, in the struggle to uphold the constitution, external assistance is desperately needed, much like a mother hen pecking at the eggs when the chicks are ready to hatch, so that the chicks can emerge more easily from their shells.
Since both domestically and internationally they are referred to and treated as presidents and the people have not realized the truth, there is a need for blunt and sharp reporting by foreign media on topics like ‘The Insane, Lawless Republic of Korea.’
We have provided press releases to foreign reporters stationed in Korea, but even Korean foreign correspondents are controlled by hostile forces, rendering the press releases useless, making it difficult to rely on them.
This country is discarding the precious values that all nations in the modern era enjoy—human rights, that is, the ideals of freedom and democracy—values that were won through countless struggles and dedication throughout human history.
Even after having their president taken away, the people of South Korea do not realize what has been lost, and then they honor and serve as president the thief who took it.
A country in such a severely lawless state must expose the embarrassing flaws of the nation and its people for treatment, just as a patient must reveal their internal ailments to be healed; it is something that must be made clear from the outside to awaken them.
Many awakenings among the people, as much as possible, will save South Korea from its struggles in lies and mistakes. Only by waking from this ignorance will South Korea regain stability, and thus allies can rest from their worries with confidence.
Do not let the citizens of South Korea continue to be deceived and exploited by an illegitimate ruling regime. Urgently pour out the voice of justice and truth to awaken them.
We must not be deceived any longer, and the plundering by this illegal ruling regime must not be tolerated. Please help us.
